Cabbage Bhaji

This is very quick and easy for something that ends up tasting so good! It is a Maharashtrian recipe from my aunt.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cabbage : chopped
- Onion : 1 medium size chopped
- Green chilies : 4-5 sliced
- turmeric powder : ½ tspn
- Salt to taste
- Asafetida ( Hing) : ¼ tspn
- Mustard seeds : 1 tspn
- Cumin seeds : 1 tspn
- Oil : 1 tbspn
Method:
Heat oil. Add mustard, cumin and hing. Add onions and green chilies and sauté for 1 minute. Add cabbage, salt, and turmeric and stir fry for 8 -10 minutes.
