Mango Lassi

This is one of the best ways to cool you down after a spicy meal. Its a traditional drink during the summer season when mango is plentiful in India.

 

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup milk

2 cups chopped mango or mango pulp

4 teaspoons sugar, to taste

A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)

 

Method

Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into individual glasses and serve.
